There is no obligation to read any Beta Read or ARC of which you are notified.

If you are not already a member of my relevant Newsletter Mailing List, then you will be added to it as well.

All subscriptions can be changed at any time you like.

A list of ARC and Beta Read downloads will be kept. If you develop a history of downloading a Beta Read or ARC but do not give feedback or leave a review, then you will be removed from the list. I understand all too well that life often gets in the way of our best plans, so you will only be removed from the list after a confirmation of activity email is sent after three months and there is no confirmation after a further one month. If you confirm but do not review a book within another two months, you will be removed.

If you do not download a Beta Read or ARC and do not unsubscribe, you will remain indefinitely on the Beta Read Crew Mailing List. I will do a cull now and then, but not without sending a confirmation email, and there will be no regularity for this.

Beta Reads will be available from the date you receive the notification email. It is preferable and the most helpful that you read and send feedback by the due date. However, you are always welcome to send me feedback as you are able to.

For Beta Reads, if I have specific questions/focus points I'd like feedback on then they will be listed at the back of the book. Answering these is not a requirement; you are more than welcome to give as much or as little feedback as you are comfortable with. An ARC is going to have a few errors here and there as the final proofread still needs to be done.

ARC copies will be available from the date you receive the notification email until the day before publication. When leaving a review, please be sure to specify that you received an ARC in exchange for an honest review.

Reviews can be left on whatever sites you use (limited to where the book is available): Goodreads, Amazon, your blog, BookBub, etc.
