SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping and processing times vary. Order processing times are separate from the shipping times you will see at checkout.

All merchandise orders are processed within 3-10 days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Due to the nature of the process, you may get a separate email for each item, and some will ship faster than others. Where possible, processing times will be added to item description.

Orders for print books are processed within 1-3 days after receiving your order. You will receive a notification email when your order has shipped. Occasionally, due to high volumes of orders, hand signed print book orders may take longer.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates (within Australia)

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Signed and Personalised books usually arrive within 3-7 business days.

Merchandise usually arrives within 5-30 business days after shipping, depending on the item ordered. You will be given more information in your confirmation email.

International Shipping (outside Australia)

We offer international shipping to all countries.

Personalised print books usually arrive within 7 business days from shipping.

Signed print books usually arrive within 9-21 business days from shipping.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification. Merchandise orders will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven't received your order within two weeks of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact me by email or chat with your name and order number, and I'll look into it.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Merchandise returns are not available if you order the wrong size, colour, or simply don't like the product. However, if there is a problem with an order and/or the received products, you must email me within 20 days of product delivery so I can discuss the problem with the printer. In these cases, you will be offered a free replacement or refund. In case of a replacement order or refund, there is no need to send the original order back.

Print book returns should be discussed via email or chat. I address these on a case-by-case basis, but will try to do my best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
